Nu stiu daca e adevarat sau e doar o incercare de a strica reputatia vestitului search engine de blog-uri: Technorati, dar mi se pare o acuzatie destul de grava, facuta de un utilizator pe forumul de discutii al celor de la Technorati. Utilizatorul respectiv acuza Technorati-ul ca fura continut de la blog-urile inregistrate la ei pentru a-si mari afisarile cu ajutorul motoarelor de cautare.

By manateemedia: I’ve deleted all of my claims and have quit pinging technorati because I have discovered that they are ranking in google for my blog posts BEFORE me!
Maybe I’m overreacting, but I’m not too thrilled about this. I wonder how much google search traffic they are getting from our blog posts? I also wonder how much traffic is lost because of this.
Maybe there is another way to stop this… the only thing I can figure out is don’t ping and don’t use technorati.
Has anyone else noticed this?

By theroadshowversion: This is happening to me. I used to get a ton of hits to my site through search engines and whenever I checked on google, the link to my site - http://theroadshowversion.wordpress.com - would be either first or second depending on how you phrased it.
Now whenever I check google search to only link to my site is via Technorati! This has only happened over the last few days and I’ve noticed that I’m barely getting any search inquiries to my site.
How do I stop pinging technorati? Help!
